COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARTNER

CENTRAL LONDON 

Very Well regarded West End London law firm aims to develop their Litigation Law department and appoint an accomplished Litigation Partner.

They are looking to recruit a commercial litigator partner, to help further develop a very successful and friendly commercial litigation team in central London. The team advises high net worth individuals and corporates embroiled in contractual disputes. The commercial litigation team has expanded over the last 18 months and accordingly we are looking for a bright and keen individual to help develop the department during our next exciting phase of growth.

Given the current Covid-19 crisis this area of practice has been earmarked for significant expansion in the next 12 months which is reflected in the marketing budget.  Operating near Holborn close to the Roll Buildings and Inns of Court this firm is conveniently placed to offer a fast and efficient service to a home grown and international client base.

They have connections in the middle and far east, Spain, and South America which we are keen to develop. They are also members of ILAS, the International Lawyers and Accountancy Solutions network.  

Candidate: 

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in an established Central London or regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially astute, and enthusiastic about business development. We are very much looking for team players with a strong client focussed approach.   

The successful partner candidate will be expected to have a broad commercial litigation experience, with an emphasis on arbitration, breach of contract claims and shareholder disputes. Some probate litigation experience would also be useful though is not essential. Candidates will need to a following of business to bring with them.
