An Employment Solicitor is required to join a firm in Leeds that is ranked in the 'top tier' category by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a mid to senior level Solicitor.
Your New Role
Joining a that team works on all aspects of employment law, the Employment Solicitor will assist in providing advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients on matters including:
- Advising on employment contracts;
- Performance and absence management;
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures; and
- Managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance.
The team also advises on all aspects of discrimination and deals with employment tribunal and High Court litigation as well as:
- Implementing HR policies;
- Managing risk from employment legislation;
- Business transfers; and
- TUPE.
About You
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years of PQE in employment law. You will need the confidence and ability to work within a Legal 500 listed employment team in Leeds.
Salary
On offer for the Employment Solicitor will be £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
