As a Technical Conveyancing Advisor, you will carry a caseload of approx. 30 files and be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing from inception to completion and registration without an assistant, if required.
You will assist the Fee Earners and Directors in dealing with any complex title/conveyancing queries, carrying out title investigations, raising queries and reporting to clients. The role also involves assisting with covering any Fee Earner absence as and when required.
This role can be office based or home-based and you will be supported by this leading firms dedicated management team and be responsible for your own allocated caseload.
To work from home, you must have at least three years’ experience as a fee earner and be fully self-sufficient in dealing with all aspects of a potentially varied and complex caseload.
