My client is a small but niche firm in the Winchester area who can boast a superb commercial property client base.
There is a tranche of work on offer for someone with upwards of 4 years PQE.
Working alongside highly regarded solicitors from city and regional backgrounds you will offer a broad range of advice to clients.
Typical matters include :
Sale and purchase of commercial land and buildings, whether for a client's own occupation or as an investment
Leasing of commercial premises, advising either for landlords or tenants, and particularly specialising in offices, warehouse and retail premises
development of land and buildings for commercial, residential or mixed use, including option agreements, site assembly, rights of light and neighbourly matters, real estate finance, the sale and purchase of commercial buildings and much more.
It's a varied caseload typically on behalf of a well established client base.
This is a firm which is doing well, taking on people all the time and the commercial team is very settled.
Applications from relocators will be considered but you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Winchester area.
