Attracting City Partners and Leaders in their Field this highly rated, stellar team are now looking to expand further by the appointment of an Associate.

This new position exists for a technically strong, personable and ambitious lawyer, looking to pursue a career in corporate finance in the long term with one of the top corporate finance practices in the South East outside London. The team are very conveniently based in fantastic offices in Guildford and advise public and private companies, management teams, investors and debt providers, from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will have excellent academics and already at least 1 years PQE in this area and now be looking for your next step.
