Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer required to join a reputable London based Local Authoirty in their Public Law team, on a remote basis for an inital 3 months with view to extension.

The successful Planning Lawyer must be able to pick up an existing case load and take over conduct of live matters. Duties to include the following:

• Deal with a caseload of includes planning enforcement and judicial reviews
• Commenting on reports to the planning and transportation committee
• Dealing with planning appeals
• Deal with planning enquiries, providing advice at planning committees and negotiation/completion of S and highways agreements

My clientis seeking an positive and confident legal professional; ideally someone who has the experience of working within a Local Authority. My client is more than happy to discuss flexible working patterns for the right candidate.

You must be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX with significant relevant PQE and hold a practising certificate.
