QED Legal are looking to speak with Commercial Solicitors (Senior Associate level) who have experience of running a mixed caseload of commercial matters specialising in outsourcing and technology.

We are acting on behalf of a prestigious Warwickshire Private Practice whose Commercial team is highly rated in Chambers and Legal 500.

They are looking for a Senior Associate Commercial Solicitor to join them at this exciting time. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, trademark registrations and IP licences with a strong leaning towards outsourcing and technology matters.
