Leading by example in Reigate, Horley and more recently opening a Mayfair branch, an Senior Family Law Solicitor has the opportunity to work independently being based in Reigate.
The firm has a highly regarded Family Department and has a strong reputation in the divorce and family law sector.
You will inherit an active caseload of around 20-30 cases in all aspects of divorce and family law which primarily include:
Co-habitation Agreements
Pre-nuptial Agreements
Separation
Divorce
Financial Settlements
Pension issues arising on divorce
Disputes over children: Contact and Residence
Civil Partnerships
Resolution membership is very much desired, based on the nature of existing client network and hallmark of quality.
The firm is happy to offer some home-working and flexible hours, along with a leading and competitive salary.
Those who can engage with clients to develop business are of interest, as are those with potential followings.
You will lead the Family team in this office, with scope and remit to grow the team with junior and support staff in 2021.
