Structured Finance Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently working with a US law firm who are looking for a Structured Finance Paralegal to join them on a  6-month FTC.

You will be supporting Partners and Associates on a variety of transactions.  

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the drafting of certain corporate documentation,
• Assisting with the transaction process on structured finance transactions,
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of bibles.

The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and have ideally completed the LPC.

It is essential you have gained experience within Structured Finance in a similar setting. You must have gained experience working on CLO’s.
