Head of Residential Property

A Senior Residential Property Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE is sought by a leading East Anglian Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm recognised as one of this region’s leading names.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to lead a team of dedicated property lawyers. Proud to provide a high quality, efficient and cost-effective legal service; the team work closely with clients to develop lasting relationships and a real understanding of their issues. With strong relationships with local estate agents, surveyors and other professionals, they work with them as a team so that every transaction is managed with seamless efficiency. 

As a Residential Property Senior Associate your role would include:

• Working closely with the Executive Partner to develop strategy and annual business plans. Provide updates on progress against objectives, share information and help drive value and change within the Firm.
• Be responsible for managing a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision. Providing clients with high quality legal advice and proactively managing client relationships.
• Set and deliver objectives personally and support your Executive Partner in setting and delivering objectives through the team. Monitor performance/progress and provide professional guidance to team members as appropriate.
• Making a significant contribution to the firm's reputation and position within the community by virtue of their reputation for excellence and specialist skills and knowledge. Attract new clients and introducers.
