Conveyancing Paralegal - Crawley
A well established Legal 500 law firm in Crawley, West Sussex are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancing Assistant likely with at least 2 years experience to join their successful residential property team.
Your role will have a particular focus on the post-exchange and will involve setting matters down for completion including preparing files after exchange, completion day procedures, submitting and paying SDLT, Land Registry Searches, registration of matters at the Land Registry, finalising post-registration matters, file reconciliation and closure and assisting with all other administrative duties.
You must be an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant with proven experience of working within a busy residential property team. You'll have a sound understanding of the conveyancing process, with particular emphasis on the post-exchange through to post-completion stage.
