Key Points - Contentious Trust Lawyer 2-5 years PQE

• The firm is looking for someone to assist the Partners and fee-earners in handling a broad and HNW caseload.
• Role responsibilities would include but not be limited to; advising trust companies, acting on trustee disputes, estate disputes where there is the issue of capacity, court of protection, and asset freezing.
• It is important to highlight that although it would be a benefit to have the above experience, they could consider training someone up in this area.
• The firm handles very high-profile work, and their clients rank all the way up to blue chip.
