The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Privacy Senior Associate to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of a wider award-winning firm.
The Data Privacy team is well regarded as one of the strongest in the City of London. Highly ranked in the Legal 500. The team focuses on data protection and cyber security issues, and have notable key clients across the FTSE 250.
This position is to work within the Data Privacy team as a Senior Associate in a fee earning capacity, however due to the demand of the team, their will be an element of Knowledge/PSL matters. However, your caseload will be highly fee earning and you will sit as a fee earning senior associate.
You will be:

• You will be undertaking wide ranging data protection and confidentiality issues.
• Large scale GDPR, and advising clients on cyber-attack and data loss scenarios
• Undertaking Knowledge/PSL elements, however this is a small portion of the caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Data Privacy Solicitor with over 4 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE and more senior candidates will be taken into account for a senior position)
• You will be currently working within a City or International practice.
• Worked within a respectable Data/TMT/Tech practice
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Actively engage in networking and development opportunities
