Securitisation Paralegal, 1+ Experience, Berkshire, £Excellent.
OVERVIEW:
The employer is an award-winning housing association which achieved the highest grading from the Regulator of Social Housing in 2018 for their governance and financial viability. As a key part of a collaborative cross-discipline team, this post will see the successful Paralegal analysing legal documentation pertaining to the property portfolio of this organisation. The key focus of this post will be to produce multiple report on title, identifying and rectify any potential legal obstacles to security release. This will include liaising with third parties such as the Land Registry, Local Authorities, external lawyers, lenders and valuers, building upon existing relationships to ensure best possible outcomes for the organisation. This role is suited to an experienced Paralegal with substantial experience in property securitisation matters. You will be particularly experienced in using the Land Registry portal, preparing Reports on Title, and conducting residential conveyancing files. You will be skilled in conducting legal research and will operate to high levels of accuracy, taking pride in your ability to analyse complex legal documents. You will be IT literate with experience of managing Excel spreadsheets and operating within case management systems. Experience gained with a social housing context would also be desirable.
