Healthcare Litigation Associate - Senior and Junior roles available - Central London
A leading and award-winning law firm with offices located internationally is currently seeking a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join their Healthcare department in the heart of Central London.
Due to the rapid growth of the healthcare department, the firm has a number of roles available for NQ- 10 years PQE Solicitors
The successful candidate will be expected to run a varied case-load of Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of the NHS and other key Clinical Negligence clients, including the Medical Protection Society. Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements
Instruction suitable experts and counsel
Drafting reports to the NHS Resolution
Preparing for and attending trials and mediation
Negotiating settlements and attending court.
In order to progress to interview stage you must have defendant Clinical Negligence (defendant) experience at a NHSR or MPS panel firm.
