Conveyancing Assistant - Barnsley

The Firm:

- Long established law firm based in Wakefield offering a wide range of services
- Within walking distance to Wakefield Westgate train station
- Focuses on client care and offering a good quality service

The Role:

-As a Conveyancing Assistant you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with one Partner who will support you
-You will be assisting the Partner with a caseload of good quality matters from inception through to completion
-The caseload is varied and will include;
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Extensive client contact

Requirements:

-Must have previous experience assisting with a sale and purchase
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
-Ambition to progress
