Junior Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute is currently working in partnership with a leading software/tech company on their search for an interim legal counsel for a period of 1-3 months.

Working closely with the General Counsel you will provide legal assistance across the  business, supporting on:

• Commercial contracts
• IT contracts
• Software licenses, NDA’s and outsourcing agreements
• Identifying key risks and proposing strategies
• Liasing with external counsel

This is a fully remote role and candidates must be qualified lawyer and able to demonstrate the above experience. Candidates looking for FT or PT (3 days a week) roles are encouraged to apply.

In return, you will get hands on experience, and be able to work autonomously on a wide range of commercial/IT work across the UK and Internationally.

This is an immediate role, and candidates must be available immediately or on short notice.
