Junior Legal Counsel

A technology company based in Berkshire is seeking a legal counsel to join the business on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing professional and comprehensive advice across all general legal, commercial and regulatory compliance matters for the Group.

Responsibilities include:

*Working alongside the sales team to provide legal advice
*Assisting with the drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements
*Advising the business on legal and commercial risk where required
*Managing of customer, supplier and internal contracts and confidentiality agreements
*Liaising directly with customers and suppliers to discuss any points arising from such contractual terms

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with good academics and a minimum of 1 years PQE*. You will have worked in-house, ideally within the technology sector and have strong commercial experience.
