Residential Property Lawyer
An expanding law firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their Residential Property department.
This firm have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional levels of client care and have access to a high quantity of good quality work, including high value properties.
You will be required to manage a busy Residential property caseload including but not limited to; freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer with between 2 – 3 Yrs PQE or an unqualified fee earner with substantial experience and strong, consistent billings.
In addition to fee earning you will be required to proactively participate in business development and networking activities.
Salary will be dependent on your experience and your level of qualification - £39,000 - £41,000
