The role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Partner to further expand their offering in their City of London office.

This firm are looking to invest heavily in expanding their Corporate Commercial offering. The firm represent a range of clients from fast growing start-ups to market-leading corporates with a broad range of matters to include:

• Company mergers
• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Shareholder agreements
• Licensing, distribution and franchising
• Private equity transactions
