Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
Ipswich
An extremely well respected firm, with one of the strongest property teams in East Anglia,is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of a solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer in Ipswich.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with the broad range of residential property matters including both freehold and leasehold transactions
You will have a professional. friendly and personable nature in order to fit into the existing team and be able to provide the high level of service that their clients expect of the firm.
Although a thriving and successful department with a steady flow of good quality work this is not a high volume environment and there is an emphasis is on client care and service. Much of their work comes from recommendations, word of mouth referrals and as a result of their strong reputation locally.
This role would therefore suit those who enjoy building up strong relationships with clients and providing high levels of individual service to each client.
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be very competitive.
As well as good salary there will be other benefits such as a bonus scheme, a very generous annual leave policy, pension scheme and much more as part of a good overall package.
This is a full time role but for the right person flexibility may be offered in terms of hours to fit around other commitments.
