Senior Legal Counsel

This global network provider is looking for a commercial technology lawyer to join its excellent team of lawyers and help the business grow through its digital transformation period.

This is a broad commercial technology role which will involve negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, tech procurement, outsourcing, SaaS, IT, network, cloud, services agreements. There will be scope for progression and a clear career path tailored for this individual who will add value and make a difference within the team.

This team are looking for a strong and capable lawyer who can join its first-rate legal team and be exposed to complex and interesting work as the company continues to grow and reach new successes. You will have in-depth experience negotiating commercial technology contracts, with top-tier training at a respected firm. In-house experience is not a necessity.
