THE FIRM
An award winning and expanding law firm with offices in several locations.
THE ROLE
Within the Planning team which is part of the wider Real Estate department.
The team handles a wide range of contentious and non contentious work across the general disciplines of planning and environmental law, including infrastructure work (i. highways agreements, drainage/sewerage agreements) and statutory/common law nuisance.
They also have experience of other regulatory regimes such as health and safety.
ABOUT YOU
A junior solicitor is now sought and the firm is willing to consider both full-time and part-time applicants.
You will have an interest in planning, environmental and regulatory work in the widest sense - to include related areas i. waste, renewables, highways and other infrastructure, rights of way, compulsory purchase and health and safety.
