Working as part of an international team with a great culture, the Legal Counsel will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad remit of work including:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial agreements including sales contracts, software licenses, consulting and reseller agreements
- Involvement in high-value deals with a range of clients across a variety of sectors

About You
The client will look at candidates from 2PQE upwards for one of the maternity covers, and then 6PQE+ for the other. Applications from all levels will be considered on merit.
You will be a qualified lawyer (foreign qualified welcome to apply) who is able to demonstrate previous experience with technology contracts including software licensing transactions, sales contracts and having done negotiation of these types of agreements with high-profile clients.
You will require a pragmatic approach to your work and be able to think creatively in order to get deals across the line. Relationship-building skills within the business are also very important to succeed in this role.
You will need to be available to start this role by the end of March at the latest.
The company's offices are in Berkshire but they are currently working remotely. As and when the pandemic is over, a sensible approach will be taken towards remote working.
