About the Employment Solicitor Team
The employment team at this well known national firm handles technically challenging and rewarding employment work for Claimants. The profile of the team for Claimant employment work is excellent, working on group actions and individual actions from senior executives. Many of the cases are high profile and in the public domain.

This opportunity is to work on high level Claimant employment law matters. You will be involved in a broad range of work but the team is involved in advising board directors, senior executives and other high-performing individuals working in a number of sectors on discrimination and employment law matters, including compromise agreements and successful exit strategies.

Key elements of the role:
- Represent clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Get involved directly with clients, on both fee earning and with training and seminars
- Work as part of a national employment team with extensive support from both above and below
- Assist in the management of complex and often high profile Claimant work

Candidate Requirements - the ideal Employment Solicitor will have:
- 1+ years' PQE as an Employment Solicitor
- Experience of Claimant work (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to form relationships both internally and externally
- A strong interest in business development
