Client

You will be joining a hugely successful and extremely ambitious household brand name in the fintech industry.

The organisation has various international offices, including throughout Europe, in Australasia and the Middle East.

Role

This is a brand newly created position as a result of business growth and success.

You can perform this role mostly from home/remotely should you so wish.  You can also have an office base at the organisation's central London HQ.

You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues.

You will report directly into the Head of Legal and have immediate and direct exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package including bonus component.

You

You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 1-4 years' PQE.  You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements.  You will have have some prior in-house experience and some prior experience of tech/fintech/IT related matters and contracts.
