Working under supervision, you will undertake a range of duties from client care correspondence, submitting searches, preparing Stamp Duty forms, preparing completion statements and invoices to a range of administrative support tasks.

As a commercial and agricultural property paralegal you will be brought on board to support the chambers ranked commercial property department. You will work under supervision undertaking an array of commercial property and agricultural property work, from dealing with initial client care to submitting searches, preparing stamp duty forms and preparing completion statements.
Our client is looking for a commercial property paralegal with at least one year of experience working within a similar role. Experience of agricultural property work would be advantageous but not essential. The role offers real progression prospects within a supportive, professional, and reputable team.
