In House Lawyer- Employee Share Plans

We have an exceptionally exciting and unusual in house opportunity for a Share Plans lawyer looking for a move in house.

Our client is a highly acquisitive FTSE Listed global corporate services organisation with locations in all key financial centres across the world.

They are market leaders in employee share plan services and have further plans for expansion in 2021.

Reporting directly to the GC, this role offers exceptional future scope for career progression.

This key position provides broad ranging, commercially focused legal support in relation to HMRC approved, unapproved and global employee share plans plus foreign law regulatory due diligence.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Share Plans Lawyer to advise the business in employee share plans and their set-up, administration and regulated services including asset management and share dealing services.

You will have the support of an experienced team of lawyers while having the autonomy to make your own decisions as team specialist.

Your breadth of responsibilities will enable you to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders within the business.

This is a high profile role where you will be considered industry expert within a fast moving and dynamic organisation.

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a Consultancy, Accounting or In House environment and have 5+ years + experience.
