Private Equity Lawyer - Guernsey

Our client is one of the world's leading offshore law firms, with offices across the Channel Islands, Caribbean, and key financial hubs across the globe. They work alongside their counterparts in the Magic and Silver Circle to advise on offshore elements of high profile, complex transactions.

The partners are now looking for an ambitious Associate / Senior Associate to join their market leading private equity team in Guernsey. In addition to exposure to top quality work for a range of high profile funds and investments clients, the successful candidate will be part of a small team where they work closely with the partners and develop their own careers. To be considered for this position you will:

• Be a UK qualified solicitor, with up to 4-8 years' post qualification experience;
• Have gained experience working for a top 50 UK or international law firm; and
• Have substantial expertise in one or more of the following areas: private equity fund formation; secondaries transactions; private M&A
