Our client is a very prestigious financial services firm with a blue chip international legal team. The team focuses on a broad range of capital markets and corporate work , including but not limited to, Islamic structuring of sukuks, structured and risk management products and funds.
You will work with a high-profile matters with the business on large international transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 yrs PQE and qualifications from the US/UK.
You must have experience with sukuk structuring.
All candidates should be fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic language would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
You will be based in the UAE.
