Joining a firm with an outstanding reputation, this opportunity will be based in the Edinburgh office where an outstanding Property team seeks a land & rural solicitor.
Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients on various high quality property matters, including acting for clients in connection with the purchase and sale conveyancing of commercial forestry, farms and estates, dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes, leases of farmland and other rural properties and acting for clients in respect of crofting matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained relevant experience within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
