This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, offering future Head of Department and Partnership prospects with a highly respected Warwickshire based practice.
The firm, based in an accessible location in leafy Leamington Spa, provides commercial and private client services to their loyal client base and, due to the combined factors of a buoyant conveyancing market and strategic succession planning, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to take a leading role within the team.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with upward of 5 years PQE, possess a strong technical conveyancing skill set and, as the majority of the work is locally sourced either from referrals or repeat clients, the ability to develop on-going trusted client relationships. While the role will not be to run the department from the outset, the idea is that there will be a smooth transition period over the next couple of years and you will step up to Head of Department and Partnership in the mid-term.
