You will be responsible for handling your own challenging clinical negligence caseload and also make an appropriate contribution to business development, client seminars and writing articles for publication.

My client’s ideal requirement is for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor 3 PQE+ to join at associate level however, applications will be considered from solicitors at 1PQE level upwards, ideally with a good grounding in clinical negligence or defendant personal injury solicitors with strong academics and excellent litigation skills.
