Employment Law Solicitor , Exeter
This is an opportunity to join a well known regional firm with a national client base.
Joining a very strong chambers rated Employment team you will have trained and gained experience in a comparable team noted for their high quality work.
The role has arisen through expansion on the back of an increased number of instructions in recent months and career development for the firm's staff is at the forefront of their thoughts,
Typically the role will involve handling a varied caseload of employment work including litigious matters
across all levels of the tribunal process (including advocacy where appropriate), assisting on corporate transactions (including due
diligence, advising on consultation exercises and working on transaction documents) and providing ongoing HR and employment
support to businesses (including advising businesses on internal processes as well as strategic employment matters).
You will have the confidence to run your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and you will happy to embrace and participate in business development and networking activities.
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for Employment Law. With upwards of 3 years PQE you'll be happy to live and work in the Exeter region.
