Our client, a Top 100 law firm has an excellent opportunity for a residential property solicitor to start ASAP for 3 months.
You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, and the work will include dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property, secured lending, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, and deeds of variation and licences.
The successful residential property solicitor is likely to have upwards of 1+ PQE with a relevant residential property background gained at a Top 200 or international City firm.
You must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, or a qualified Legal Executive to be considered for this role.
Due to the urgency of this role, you must be available immediately or at very short notice.
