Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Bristol

New exclusive commercial property vacancy with this central Bristol practice.

Our client is a mid-sized law firm who focus on advising their loyal client base of SMEs, OMBs and private individuals. They are now looking to recruit a junior level commercial property solicitor to join the team.

You will have the opportunity to deal with a range of work, for a range of clients, and most importantly you will have the opportunity to really work closely with the clients, building client relations and taking early responsibility. The work is a mix of freehold and leasehold including development/redevelopment and also a growing profile for initiatives in the sustainability sector. It is exciting hands-on work for real clients.

You will ideally have perhaps a couple of years or more relevant post-qualification experience but most importantly the personality, drive and ambition to be successful. There is no doubt this is a position where the successful candidate is going to have the opportunity to really make a name for themselves within the Bristol market.
