A leading Top200 law firm is looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Associate to join their highly regarded team. The firm has a strong regional presence and is looking for someone who can join them to work closely with their established private client team.
You will be handling a broad range of contentious probate work which will include inheritance claims, trustee disputes, disputes between beneficiaries and claims against executors or estates. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and understanding of contentious probate law.
The role will best suit a Contentious Probate Associate with upwards of 3 years PQE however, applications will be considered for candidates whose experience falls outside of this, as long as you possess the relevant knowledge & experience.
