Commercial Property Solicitor, Portsmouth
This is a superb opportunity to join an upwardly mobile firm who act on all aspects of commercial conveyancing including sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgage and re-financing - both individual and portfolio, landlord & tenant matters including grant and assignment of leases, lease renewals, licenses to assign and to alter, development acquisitions & disposals, pension properties, joint venture agreements and all other aspects of commercial property.
You will have a clear understanding of commercial banking documents, such as debentures and personal guarantees and you will conduct matters on behalf of clients in an appropriate and efficient manner.
You'll be happy to embrace business development activities.
You can expect a commercial conveyancing caseload which incorportes some residential property transactions.
Ideally you'll have between 2 and 5 years PQE and have trained and gained experience in a comparable high street or Legal 500 background.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
