Interim Bids Manager

An innovative cutting-edge systems, software, and services business is seeking an Interim Bids Manager. Their solutions are widely used throughout the UK, particularly in the public sector, giving professionals access to the information they need to provide transformational, faster, and cheaper interaction.

As Bids Manager you will be supporting the sales team with tenders particularly for the public sector.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Commercial Director
• Supporting bids and large tenders into the public sector
• Managing bids from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues

We are looking for:

• Candidates must have extensive experience in bids preferably within the software or technology sector but transferable skills will be considered
• Strong communication and management skills
• Committed and supportive team player
• Energetic, personable, and commercially astute
