Childcare Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with a local authority based in South West England who are seeking a childcare paralegal for three months initially.

The successful childcare paralegal will be required to carry a caseload of S.7 and S.37 reports, prepare electronic court bundles, draft legal advice, undertake some general administrative tasks and provide support to the wider Childcare and Litigation Team. This is not a training opportunity role so please do not apply, if you have not already supported a Childcare Department in a similar capacity.

Due to the urgent nature of the role our client is seeking candidates available to start within the next two weeks.
