Senior Pre Lit File Handler 4+ years

My client is looking to recruit a senior RTA Pre Litigation fee earner with 4 years fee earning experience to assist in the growth of the firm.

The Senior Pre-Lit Fee Earner will join a team dealing with MOJ portal RTA matters. Managing a team of file handlers and taking up the role of valuing injury claims, submitting stage 2 settlement packs, issuing stage 3 proceedings, and preparing the cases for final hearing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, have previous use of a case management system and work effectively to deadlines.

Key skills and Experience

* To be considered for this role you will demonstrate:

* A minimum 4 year's experience in a personal injury environment

* The ability to nurture and encourage team members to give their best performance.

* Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

* The ability to relate to people as individuals and understand their needs in terms of direction, delegation, learning style etc.

* The ability to take constructive feedback and set both personal and team goals for continuous improvement.

* The ability to always remain fair and objective.

* An understanding of the Civil Litigation process and the ability to identify the correct cases to run as test litigation.

Salary for this role is up to £28,000 based on experience
