Corporate lawyer 1 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE LONDON

Large commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit two Corporate lawyers – one of 1 to 4 years’ PQE and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team is expanding and this is an exciting time to join the firm with the opportunity to get involved in a varied workload with plenty of scope for direct client contact. Our client is seeking candidates with experience in Private Equity work, as well as M&A, to join our successful corporate team in London. The Corporate team has a strong pipeline of work, so you will be joining at a great time to work on a range of high-profile, corporate matters. Clients include UK and international public and private companies, including numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies as well as financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. Much of the M&A work is multi-jurisdictional. You will be working with some well-respected partners and be part of a team that encourages personal development and growth.

Our client is looking for applicants with strong experience of Private Equity and M&A. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and will work closely with the teams’ clients and other advisors so good communication skills are essential. You will also be outgoing with a commercial attitude along with a confident and proactive approach, good people skills, the ability to work as a team player and evidence of the ability to network.
