Opportunity for a Health & Social Care Solicitor (1-5 years PQE) who is either a current specialist or has experience in Health & Social Care and is wanting to develop this experience further.
My client is a leading Legal 500 law firm in Bournemouth who is expanding Health & Social Care team with this critical hire, and is well-respected market leaders in the health and social care sector. The team advise clients on a range of issues across the health and social care sector, including defending civil and criminal enforcement action by the Care Quality Commission, safeguarding investigations, allegations of neglect or ill-treatment, criminal prosecutions and Coroners inquests.
Your role as a Health & Social Care Solicitor will involve:
• Due to a busy department, an existing caseload is to hand
• Act for a variety of care providers, ranging from family run businesses to large national corporate providers
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
