FINANCIAL MIS-SELLING FEE EARNER REQUIRED IN NEWCASTLE
Anakin Seal are recruiting for a financial mis-selling fee earner to join a reputable firm of Solicitors at their office in central Newcastle.
The role:
- Handling a caseload of approximately 100 financial mis-selling claims, dealing with cases from inception through to settlement including litigation
- Regularly updating clients on the status of their case and liaising with third parties
- Drafting and issuing complex legal documentation
- Negotiating settlements
- Preparing and issuing legal proceedings and dealing with the litigation cycle
You:
- Experienced in financial mis-selling work (desirable)
- Experienced in some form of consumer credit work (essential)
- Able to run a busy caseload while maintaining an excellent standard of work
- Good working knowledge of the CPR
Salary competitive, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
