EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR | 3-6 PQE | LEGAL 500 FIRM
One of the leading firms in the South East is recruiting into their Employment team in their busy Guildford practice. The Firm is well ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500 across numerous practice areas and have an excellent reputation in the local area. They have expanded successfully in recent years and have offices across the South East. They were early adopters of agile working, leading to an excellent staff retention rate.
The Employment team handles a diverse range of work, both advisory and contentious, and focuses on corporate clients. Contentious work includes discrimination, harassment, constructive and wrongful dismissal while the advisory work includes advice on employment contracts, TUPE and redundancy.
The ideal candidate will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, and have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be able to handle your own caseload, have a good manner with corporate clients and have some business development experience.
