Finance Litigation Associate

This well-regarded Banking & Finance Litigation team is looking to recruit an additional junior Associate with relevant experience, for a role which will be claimant focused.

The full-service firm has developed a niche in Finance Litigation and is seen as an impressive 'conflict free' practice which is able to bring high-stakes litigation against financial institutions, which are typically represented by Magic/Silver Circle firms.

Claims typically involve derivative products, mis-sold financial products, libor manipulation, fraud, negligence, etc. Clients are typically investment funds and more sophisticated SMEs. 

Candidates with strong general banking and finance litigation experience are encouraged to apply as too are general litigators that maybe sat with a Banking or Structured Products/Derivatives team during their training.
