Legal counsel - Commercial/Financial Services

Boutique alternative asset manager seeks a lawyer to join small legal team.

You will work with the GC and two other lawyers on all legal matters affecting the organisation including commercial and IT work, data issues, regulation, corporate matters and other ad hoc matters and projects.

You will have a financial services background from a top law firm or in-house. FinTech experience is advantageous but is not essential.
