Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a prestigious US law firm on a permanent basis. The firm advise on a wide variety of commercial, recreational and residential real estate, including structured equity, structured debt, and hybrid structures. The successful paralegal will be joining the firms renowned Corporate Real Estate team, and will be working on high-level matters, involving a mix of client facing and administrative work. The team currently comprises of 3 paralegals and a number of attorneys who are recognised by Chambers & Partners. The role will be remote initially, however as this is a permanent role, this may change subject to restrictions being lifted. To be considered, candidates must have at least 1 years' previous experience within Real Estate, ideally gained from a similar US, international or City firm, in order to hit the ground running.
