Opportunity at a global fintech company - corporate/finance/TMT

This global fintech company is offering a rare opportunity to re-train a lawyer with a corporate or finance background to join its legal team in London in a commercial role.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of commercial and regulatory work, including:

- drafting, reviewing and negotiating payments related agreements;

- reviewing and advising on new and existing regulatory and products requirements; and

- supporting the business on any on-going strategic legal projects.

You will have strong academics, have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, and have ideally gained 3-6 years' PQE. Demonstrated experience in Financial Services and/or Payments industries would be ideal, but is not essential.

This role is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a leader in the payments sector and join an excellent, collegiate and dynanic legal team.
