Experienced Conveyancer
West Yorkshire
QED Legal are working with a long-standing multi-service, mid-sized, Yorkshire regional practice who are looking to take on an experienced Conveyancer at one of their West Yorkshire offices.
Primarily based out of Bradford with several offices within the area the firm strike a great balance between a modern commercial firm but maintaining ‘traditional’ law firm values, where long standing relationships with clients and the community are at the forefront of the Firms values.
This role will be perfect for a Conveyancer who has over 3 years’ experience of carrying their own caseload of sale and purchase matters including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity etc. This is not a volume, conveyancing factory type role.
The firm are looking to speak with candidates who are outgoing and able to maintain and build relationships with local referrers of work.
The culture is friendly and relaxed, and centred around providing an outstanding service to the clients, many of whom are longstanding or word of mouth referrals.
Salary is competitive + Benefits.
